We ship orders from a central warehouse, so the delivery date varies between 2 - 14 days. Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with a link to track the shipment. The carrier (PPL, DHL, Zásilkovna) will contact you via SMS or phone with the delivery date and time. In the event that you are not at your residence at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave you a notice to store the shipment and attempt a new delivery the following day. You can pay for an order with delivery to your address by credit card online or with the driver. It is possible to pay by card or cash at the carrier. We can also deliver your order to a PPL Parcelshop outlet or a Zásilkovna outlet. It is not possible to deliver oversized shipments to the delivery points. You can pay for your order online with a credit card or directly at the delivery point. Before visiting a point of sale, first check whether the point accepts payment cards. Some outlets only accept cash. You have 7 days to collect the parcel from the delivery point. The shipping price depends on the weight of the shipment and the method of payment.
